Adult Support Group
Our support
groups are facilitated by professionals who encourages self-facilitation amongst participants. The comfortable group
setting allows adults with learning disabilities to express their feelings openly and comfortably.
Participants will learn strategies
for dealing with their learning disability, building self-esteem and are able to ask questions and seek the opinions of others
Participants
are welcome to bring a friend or family member for additional support if preferred.

- Relationships and social issues
- Time
& organizational management
Eligibility: Adults 18 years of age or older with learning disabilities, ADD or ADHD. Formal diagnosis not required.
